This Site allows publishers to shorten any URL and earn income by sharing the shortened URL. Advertising is shown to the viewer on their way to their destination URL. By using the Site's service, you agree that the Site includes advertisements on the shortened URLs which is a requirement for the Site to operate.

Policy Compleience and Terms

1. GPlinks acknowledges that the Policy Team may flag certain issues related to the account, traffic sources, and the links being shared through the platform.

2. In case of any issues flagged by the Policy Team, GPlinks agrees to cooperate fully and promptly provide all requested details pertaining to the traffic sources and links involved.

3. GPlinks understands that the responsibility lies with the publisher to share all the requested information related to the concerns raised by the Policy Team.

4. The Policy Team reserves the right to request and review the traffic source details, including but not limited to traffic origin, referral sources, and user behavior data.

5. GPlinks acknowledges that the Policy Team may require additional information or clarification for further verification of the flagged concerns. It is the responsibility of the publisher to provide all necessary details promptly.

6. The Policy Team holds the right to make appropriate decisions based on the submission of requested information. GPlinks understands that these decisions are final and binding.

7. GPlinks acknowledges that in certain cases, the Policy Team may take action even without receiving submissions from the publisher. This includes cases where clear policy violations are identified or when there is a risk to user experience, security, or compliance.

8. GPlinks agrees to comply with the decisions made by the Policy Team, whether based on the submission of requested information or made without submissions.

9. GPlinks understands that failure to provide the requested information or cooperate with the Policy Team may result in further action, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of the account.

By continuing to use the GPlinks platform, the publisher acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions related to Policy Team issues and the provision of traffic source details. GPlinks reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary, and it is the responsibility of the publisher to stay informed about any changes.

If any Account is Inactive for more than 6 Months in terms of Publisher Earnings or Referral Earnings our system reserve all rights to uphold any unpaid balanced for that specific account and terminate. 

Please note that members can request for account deactivation but GPlinks might still store your information such as the links and it's statistics data and financial information used for withdrawals all information is stored on secure servers and end to end encrypted.

By using the Site's service, you agree not to:

1. Shrink any website URLs that contain adult material.
2. Place shortened links on websites containing content that may be threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or contain software which may cause damage to the viewer or the Site's server;
3. Shrink URLs which redirect to websites containing the above-mentioned content;
4. Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to copyright content, adult links, child pornography, threatening, defaming, stalking, abuse, harassing, or violating any person's or entity's legal rights;
5. Offer an incentive or beg a visitor to click on your shortened links;
6. Spam any website, forum, or blog with the Site's links;
7. Bring fake/automated traffic of any kind to your links Manipulation of our system to gain views is also not allowed. This includes iframes, redirects, bots, VPN or proxies etc (it may result in account termination)

1. Automatically redirect to your shortened URL from a website. The viewer must click on the link him/herself;
2. Open your shortened URLs using an iframe or popups/popunder;
3. Click on your own shortened URLs to generate revenue. We reserve the right to not pay for the revenue generated;
4. Use of third party tools between UDlinks e.g:- 1shortlink.com, LinkSpy... use of these are strongly prohibited
    Creating 'redirect loops' with UDLinks.com URLs with similar services to generate additional revenue.
5. Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans, or other harmful code;
6. Interfere with other publishers which are using the Site's service;
7. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed;
8. Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service, and/or providing false or incomplete data.
9. Advertise udlinks. on traffic exchange websites and PTC websites;
10. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts under your own referral URL and use these accounts to generate a referral commission for your top Account
11. If your account is inactive for the last 6 months the account will get closed automatically since it's inactive.
12. Mis Catagory violation on GP Platforms Content Catagory Policy rules UPDATED on Dashboards, the violation may lead to your account holds and permanent termination as well.
